18 or older confirm before entering site, Help!

Hello! I have been trying to find how to make this scenario happen with my website...
Customer goes to my website
Website homepage appears in background masked with a box appearing in the middle.

Box says
You must be 18 or older to enter this site.
two buttons -
Box1- Yes, I am 18 or older. (clicking this button removes box and mask bringing to homepage)
Box2 - No, I am under 18. (clicking this button closes website)

I have found similar codes to this. Even the 'ok'/'cancel' one would work but the plain grey boxes just don't look very professional for a shopping website. Is there any way to make this idea happen with a smooth box and buttons?

wondering if anyone can help still. I have looked into doing a Jquery but i'd prefer something simpler. Do I have to do a script?

Something like that can only be accomplished using javascript (which is what jquery is based on) and not just by HTML and CSS.

There are lots of modal box tutorials out there and premade things that can help you.
