Yes, it's because I photoshoped it really fast to give an example. But I don't know how can I apply the same effect using CSS

Although your files are on your computer, you could post the code needed for the problem. If not here, then use a site like http://Pastebin.com/ , then give a link to the posted page. If images and other content are needed to work with to find a solution for you, then they'll have to be hosted online and paths in your code full URLs.
