Date Header? And Blog Feedback?

Hi everyone! I had some problems with my old site address so had to change to a new one and delete my old account (which I regret as its the url I want!)

Anyway, so far so good, everythings looking fine. I just want to change the date header to slightly widen the blue area around the date. How do I go about this?

Does anyone know if in 90 days time I can regain my old url?

I have frankly no idea what you're talking about. What old URL? Why did you abandon it? What header?
