Safari problem with my site??

My site has been up for quite some time and I have never had a problem reported to me until a few days ago. Apparently after clicking enter on my splash page, safari does not always load my site. All that appears is the grey background. However, when I click back and then re-enter, the site loads properly. I have very little web experience and cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will gladly supply any information you may need. Thanks so much.
