Rollover Image Activation upon Rollover of another ApDiv Layer?

This may seem like a simple question, but I just can't figure it out. I'm using dreamweaver and am attempting to have a rollover image activate upon the mouseover of another div layer, if this is possible.

Here is the site I'm working on:

As you can see, when you rollover the little circles below the soon-to-be links (about, bios, etc) it changes color (red and blue).

I will be creating a layer that will link to the select pages, in which I will overlay on top of the text (about, bios, etc). But I want this layer to activate the rollover buttons in the same way as it does when you hover over the buttons.

Simple right? Please help! lol

You still have to click the button to make the rollover stay though....
