Drop down div.

Hey. I was wondering if anyone knows a good bit of CSS+HTML which will make a div tag show when I click on a link, Also when clicked I want a little arrow picture or + sign to change to another arrow or - sign. No fancy stuff where is slowly lowers. Just a show and hide thing.
