set as wallpaper

Hey yall! I know that when you right click an image, you can set that image as the wallpaper for your desktop. Now I currently looking for a code in a HTML that you press a link or button, etc. it will set a webpage (not images) as the wallpaper desktop. Cause you can set HTML file as desktop.

Just click BROWSE and chooise html file and press OPEN/OK.
THen that html is set as desktop wallpaper.
Any one out there know the HTML code for to set a HTML file as desktop wallpaper??

At www.lop.com is on my desktop with the flash, and I view the HTML source is crypt. I have delete the html file already. If you view the some html file in the c:\windows\web\wallpaper\

Ugh. Lop.com is a pain. If your comp has been raided with it's garbage, you can get the uninstaller from http://lop.com/help.html#how .

Otherwise, I'm pretty sure that's impossible. You could do it with ActiveX I'm sure, but that takes a lot of know-how that I lack It would also be a security hole, unless it prompted the user like the "set as homepage" thing does.
