Program icons

I'm in need of some nice icons for my program buttons. Things like cut,copy,delete,open,close etc ... Anyone know where I can find some? Or of anyone who can possibly make them cheap?

I'm after the WinXP style, but if you can find some gnome style ones I wouldn't mind those if I can't get XP style.

If you want some more info just ask.

Never mind I just got a program that can get other programs resource icons ... Much simpler.
