Hey,
I'm sort of a n00b when it comes to web designing, althought i do know how to do some parts of PHP, cgi and MySQL.
BUT, i was just wondering, i am creating a clan website and the clan leader wants to be able to update it himself without me uploading it. He doesn't know anything about websites, i remember helping out on this site and it had sort of a program/script which you could type a title, and your message in a box and just click submit and it would send and upload on front page.
Does any one know the title of this or know where i can get a similar one?
