How can I link to specific titles as a Netflix Affiliate?

I'm a new Netflix Affiliate and I can't seem to find how to link to specific titles or how to directly add titles to the queue with my affiliate tracking enabled. I've seen it done on http://www.hackingnetflix.com/. Also, they're using a link shortener "movi.es" which seems to be owned by Netflix itself. Any info on that?
