First impression: Looks like a scam.

Second impression: Looks like a scam.

Third impression after reading the FAQ: It is a scam.

The site itself looks like it was thrown together in a few hours and the writing is evasive and uninformative. Stylistically, the site looks like something from the 90's. I would say more, but since Stanford University actually does have an online highschool, a fact I am sure you are already aware of, I find that helping a scam makes me feel icky.

You forgot to mention that the thought that he created a website which anchor involves 'diplomas' mean that it`s a SCAM.
