Wordpress -> Facebook -> Twitter

I have a facebook page that is linked to twitter and a wordpress blog that facebook imports into 'notes'.

When I post a new note by hand it gets tweeted automatically but when notes are added from the blog import they don't. What am I doing wrong?

You might have better luck having the blog posts go automatically to facebook, and then from there auto to twitter. I know others who have set theirs up that way.
