Free domain hosting with dynamic pages

I'm trying to register with one of those free domain providers like 100megsfree. And I was wondering if those free domain hosting servers would let me make dynamic pages for my site. I want users who visit the site to be able to post comments and stuff. So does anyone know how/if I can do this? Or do you know
of any free domain hosting servers that will let me make dynamic pages?
