Tracking Hot Linking Sites

Heya guys

I was wondering what is the best way to track which sites are hot-linking my images? The reason I can't just disable hot-linking using something like htaccess is that we use the images on forums etc on a regular basis.

As a stop gap, I've got a system into which I can add exceptions (domains), but I would really like to just track who is hot linking and from where.

Any ideas?

Thanks for that - we are currently doing something similar to that at the moment. I would rather just be able to track where the hits are coming from. Is there any way to do this?
