Hello I'm still new at coding and was wondering is there way to make a horizontal text nav bar on a web site that I can edit with one file. Lets say I add or remove a link from the nav bar, instead of going to every page on the web site and manually editing the nav bar, I just edit one file and its done to ALL the pages. I don't want use frames.

Is there a way to do it with a external css style sheet?

So far I have learned html, xhtml, css and in the middle of learning javascript.

Thanks for the help in advance.
