Almost ready to upload my new website. But before i do i was wondering if it is possible and if it is where i could get hold of a cookie that would tell me who, when, and how often user's visit my new site. Thanks all

    That's really easy ....

Log into your webhosting account and view the website stats that they keep for you.
They have the latest, most comprehensive, and detailed stats about your site.

Most webhosts have a control panel where you can access all kinds of valuable data.

If your webhost does not provide you with that information, close your account
    and find a different webhost.

        thanks MLseim,

I myself has been looking for a site or a software that i can use so I can track down my stats. This really helps as I know where to find and don't have to shovel a few bucks.

        Thanks
        Juliev

Google analytics might also be an option as it does what both of yall are describing though it takes time to get accurate results. Its not that detailed but will tell you in general about your traffic.
