paypal: which one should I get? 1st timer

Hey, I'm finally ready to get a papal account. My identity was stolen last summer, but I managed to thwart the evildoers and get my finances in order and I'm ready to get my first paypal account. I want to open a commercial site but I'm not ready do transactions or anything yet, I just need to get a domain name, hosting , blah blah blah...

What I need to know is, what should a noobster like me do?

or will it be a problem if i want to open commercial sites and need to facilitate the transfering of data involved in someone else's product or service. Say I'm sending a form from site that's going to be handled by some other site with my user's data, but the transaction does not involve me, i'm just linking the product transaction.
First of all, I don't have any idea what I'm talking about, but just asking if such a situation might come up. I really don't have anyone to ask. I've learned everything on my own with google and free resources. I'm ready to start learning php and I'm going to do some small projects that might work out. I just need to know if getting the wrong paypal account is going to be a major hurdle, or a speed bump.

Get a personal account. You can always upgrade to a premier or business account for free but you need to be verified for you have to any real reliability. By verified I mean Paypal needs to know that you actually have a bank account. If you intend on selling things in the future you will need a premier account but thats only if you intend on using paypals web payments. I went with a premier account because you can do more things with your money such as create invoices or withdraw more than a personal account or even if you want get a paypal debit card that gives you 1% back on purchases that you use your signature on.

Did you contact them? My transactions have been as little as 2 dollars to a few thousand. They don't usually care about your transactions unless you some how violated their TOS. Contact them and I bet they will tell why they banned your account.

Don't forget about the PayPal Developer site (which is free to use).
This allows you to create a fake paypal account for developing and testing
all of your scripts ... before you make them "real". Lots of PHP/MySQL
documentation, examples, and the ability to test your programs.
